What data we process
Prayer intentions form
Through the form on the Prayer intentions page you send us the text of your intention and, if you wish, your name and contact details. We process them only so that the sisters can pray for your intention and, if necessary, contact you. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form.
The text of an intention may reveal religious beliefs. The data is not published or passed on to other people. We keep it for as long as is needed for this purpose.
E-mail and telephone contact
If you write to us or call us, we process the data needed to reply to your message.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking or statistics. Accessibility settings (for example larger text or high contrast) are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.
Third-party services
- The directions map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. Your browser downloads them from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which receive your IP address.
- The online donation form is an embedded eOfiary service, which has its own privacy rules.
- The live stream is played from a server of the Stary Sącz Town Hall, and the YouTube button leads to YouTube.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. In these matters please write to sekretariat@klaryski.sacz.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Church Data Protection Inspector.
